Was a quick weekend. And a busy one. Got a lot accomplished both in writing and PS work. I also finished up two short stories I abandoned due to that Popcorn Kitten (Plot Bunny, Creative ADD) monster that forced me to look at my lack of production. Started a poll on Friday to see what place to set my new Halloween series. Not many votes so far, in fact it’s a tie. Ties will be the same thing as non-votes ’cause that just puts me right back where I started at not being able to choose. The poll is over on Friday, October 12. So, without further adieu, my progress:

Other than writing. We have a house guest! The ultra-fabulous Princess Belle, the wee poochie of a friend of mine. She’ll be staying for a week while he’s away on vacation. Ahh… I want a vacation. It’s been three years…
Actually got mini-me into the yard after Belle was dropped off. Much yard work that landed both of us inside drinking lots of water
and deciding we done good for the day and must treat ourselves to some lemon pepper wings and fries. Which we did. On Sunday we made whoopie pies for Halloween. It was a kit I bought at the grocery store and they turned out pretty good. I think we have two left?
Halloween Story. The poll on the right of the blog is for readers to vote on which series I write my Halloween story, since I can’t seem to make up my own mind. Don’t be afraid of voting—the poll is completely anonymous. I can’t tell who votes what. Access to the free ebook of the story will be given to Newsletter subscribers last week of the month when the story is posted free on the website. I’ll be taking the story down November first.
New Pop Kitten. I totally did one of those waking up things with a story finished in my head. Did it Saturday morning. Got up, grabbed a my idea journal (my latest), a pen and made coffee while I wrote the whole thing down. Took about an hour, but wow. It’s a really cool idea. Not sure when I’ll get to it though. I usually don’t put much stock into those kinds of inspirations, but wow. It was a vivid dream.
